When will my order arrive?
| WHAT ARE YOU ORDER PROCESSING TIMES? | We process orders twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. For example, if you place an order on Sunday evening, it will be shipped by Monday afternoon. We pack and inspect each order by hand and carefully hand wrap each item after inspection. |
| WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES? | At Tajik Home, we ship using USPS and UPS Ground from our location just outside of Boston. Shipping times vary based on the destination of your order. For New England locations, delivery typically takes 1-2 days. For orders on the East Coast and MidWest shipping may take up to 3 to 5 days.We ensure reliable and timely delivery for all your modern coastal decor needs. For orders heading to the West Coast, shipping may take up to 7 days. We ensure reliable and timely delivery for all your modern coastal decor needs. |
| WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS? | We offer free shipping on all our orders. If you need to exchange or return an item the return fee is $6.50. |
| HOW WILL I TRACK MY ORDER? | Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the expected delivery date. Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on their origin and availability. This allows us to deliver in-stock items to you as quickly as possible! All shipments include a tracking number. If items in your order are sent separately, you will receive an additional confirmation email with updated tracking information once the remaining items have shipped. |
